Control panels upgrade

 

LLC John Crane – Iskra performs upgrades of the existing control panels for the purpose of operation risks reduction and systems reliability improvement.

The stages of the works carried out within the framework of upgrade are based on DGS opeartion peculiarities specifically for each customer.

Works executed

  • Replacement of operated instruments
  • Fitting of additional transmitters
  • Replacement/fitting of shutoff and control valves
  • Re-calculation/replacement/fitting of orifices
  • Replacement or fitting of additional filtration system

Warranty

The works carried out within the framework of upgrade are provided with the warranty stipulated by the contract with customer. Warranty extension for a dry gas seals control panel can be also considered.
